The deputy Staff Chef Stephen Miller of President Donald Trump invited a recoil with his callige response to the accidental deportation of a father, probably probably that he was a ms-13 gang member.
Miller went to social media after the American district judge Paula Xinis ordered the White House to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to the US, after he was completed by ice last month and was sent to a Hellhole Gang in El Salvador.
Following Xinis to bring Garcia home, Miller responded to an X account called 'End Wokeess' and said, “Marxist judge now thinks she's president of El Salvador.”
Miller's remark was criticized when it came after the Trump government admitted that Garcia was deported illegally, his detention came after he had been denied a suitable process.
Garcia is married to an American citizen with whom he shares a five-year-old child and suggests the Trump government about his removal from the US after the White House admitted that it was due to an 'administrative error'.
“This was a supervision and the removal was carried out in good faith on the basis of the existence of a final order of removal and the alleged membership of Abrege-Garcia in MS-13,” said the White House.
But while the Trump administration gives the error publicly, the Minister of White House Pers Secretary Karoline Leavitt also mocked the perilous situation of Garcia.
She said in a statement after the command of Xinis: “We are not aware of the judge who has jurisdiction or authority about the country El Salvador.”

Garcia was one of the nearly 300 strangers who were completed in the US and were deported to El Salvador before they were locked up in the notorious Cecot prison of the nation.
Although the men sent to prison were suspected of being related to cartels and organized crime, no one seems to have received a suitable process, leading to errors such as Garcia's prison sentence.
Garcia was arrested in Baltimore when he left his job as a sheet metal worker and was held while he was on his way to pick up his five -year -old son.
In her order, Xinis described his detention as an 'illegal act' and wrote: “The report indicates that Abrego Garcia was arrested in Maryland without a legal basis … and without further process or legal justification was removed to El Salvador.”
The mocking attitude towards the Order of Xinis and the detention of Garcia extended completely to the president of El Salvador, Nayib Buekele.
Buekele responded to an account called 'End Wokeess' in which Xinis' order was announced with a poison of an animated rabbit that looked confused.

AbreGo-Garcia arrived in the infamous Supermax Prison Cecot in El Salvador March 15 on one of the three aircraft from the US.
His removal is also in contradiction with what the Trump-white house originally said about the deportations against El Salvador- when officials claimed that around 300 men who were on those planes were all Venezolans who belong to the global criminal organization tren the Argua or TDA.
However, AbreGo-Garcia has denied a resident of El Salvador and his lawyer that he belongs to MS-13, TDA or another criminal group.
The lawyers of ABREGO GARCIA demand that he will be returned to the US, but the Trump government claims that, since he is not in the American detention, the court cannot recommend him to return to the US, nor can the El Salvador order to give him back.
It seems that Bukele is also not interested in taking the judge's order seriously.
During Trump's first term of office in 2019, AbreGo-Garcia was marked as a criminal by a confidential informant who “had advised that Abrego Garcia was an active member” of the MS-13 gang, his lawyers told ABC News.
Evidence has never been presented that he was a member of the gang and he was allowed to submit an application for asylum.
According to his lawyers, ICE officials held Abrego-Garcia in March and inquired that “immigration status had changed.”
He was taken to a detention center in Texas before he was flown to El Salvador.

The legality on the Trump fights for El Salvador has been challenged in court, such as Pres. Donald Trump called on a law that was intended to be used for only war to suspend the legal process for Venezuelans being accused of being TDA members.
That is how the government could remove the men so quickly as they had never had a day before court, and many of the Venezuelans have been removed now that they are not TDA members.
Several judges have also ruled that the flights to Venezuela violated the rights of the deportees, even if they are Venezuelan TDA members of both Abego-Garcia.
