Moment woman poses for photos – while seemingly oblivious, she stands next to a homeless man holding a ‘hungry’ sign outside his tent

This is the moment a woman branded ‘shameless’ organized a photo shoot for a homeless man sleeping in a tent.

The woman – who was dubbed an ‘influencer’ by a passer-by, which has not yet been confirmed – was seen posing for the camera against a wall, right next to a man sleeping on the street.

He was wrapped in a woolen hat against the freezing temperatures and tried to get some rest in a duvet.

To make matters worse, there was a sign outside his tent that said “hungry.” It is not clear whether she saw him next to her.

The photoshoot took place outside ‘The Geological Society’ in Piccadilly, central London, opposite Fortnum and Mason.

The woman was filmed wearing a white coat and scarf, doing various poses against the wall of the building, just a few meters away from the green tent.

Jack Mason watched and was shocked by what he saw.

He said: ‘Shameless influencers in London.

‘The street has many beautiful buildings and tourist attractions.

“The Geological Society wasn’t one of them, so they definitely chose that spot to take pictures because of the tent.”

One local, called Lucinda, said: ‘This is heartbreaking,’ while another called Nia was angry: ‘The bad influencers in London are unreal.’

Another person said: ‘That’s so disgusting. Nowadays people will do anything for attention.’

A local called Beth said: ‘My jaw dropped, this must be a joke. Poor man.’

Another, called Emily, said: ‘It’s worrying that some people in our society think this is OK.’

It comes after a security guard working for McDonald’s was fired after he was filmed deliberately drenching a homeless man and his sleeping bag in water.

Footage shared on social media showed a man in a distinctive jacket brazenly wetting the area where a homeless man was camping.

The video, taken on London’s Victoria Street on Saturday evening, then showed the crowd erupting in anger as the man’s belongings were completely submerged.

As Christmas approaches, many are in the mood to give, and several celebrities have been pictured volunteering to help the homeless.

Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner dressed up in a hi-vis jacket to volunteer with Crisis UK and posted to her social media to encourage people to donate.

Meanwhile, Prince William shared a video explaining the “great work” of homelessness charity The Passage, including “life-changing” work to prevent homelessness and human trafficking.
