In a press releasethe IT giant announced the launch of Infosys Aster, a set of AI-driven marketing services, solutions and platforms that offer ways to improve marketing efficiency and create new brand experiences to drive growth. The suite comes with AI-driven real-time views of customers, brands and channels to provide actionable insights for businesses.
According to the company, the suite offers three key benefits. First, by leveraging technologies such as Unreal Engine 3D, augmented reality, virtual reality and extended reality, as well as digital twin CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) modeling, it claims to help businesses create immersive marketing campaigns.
Secondly, Infosys Aster offers AI-enhanced content and creative services, intelligent recommendations from the company’s existing marketing tech stack, and marketing insights. The company claims that the combination of the three will help its clients create cost-effective marketing campaigns faster, thereby improving efficiency. In an example, the IT giant highlights that the suite can provide real-time recommendations based on customer behavior across channels.
Further, the company claims that Infosys Aster will use analytics and customer insights to personalize outreach, drive meaningful conversations and create high-quality leads. This will be done through the integration of Infosys Aster and the company’s marketing technology systems. Infosys will also offer tools to generate predictive insights from customer data that can be used to influence pricing strategies.
