“Looks like I’m not buying anything this morning. Come on guys, not good enough,” wrote another.
The latest incident comes just four weeks after customers were hit by yet another outage.
ING Australia customers first reported that they were unable to access the website or banking app at around 9am on Wednesday, October 30.
At its peak, more than 2,300 customers reported problems accessing ING Australia banking services.
After last month’s outage, ING Australia said: “We are aware of scammers calling customers or posting on social media claiming they can help restore access.”
‘ING will never call you about online banking and all updates on this subject will be shared via our official social media pages and on our website.’
