Inspiring triumph: Visually impaired Ruhin Bhattasali secures place in IIT’s computer science programme | India News – Times of India
Ruhin Bhattasalia visually impaired girl from Hyderabad, has been granted access to IIT Hyderabad‘s Computer Science Engineering program, which marks a significant achievement in her academic journey.
From an early age, Ruhin’s ambition to excel in academic achievement was evident. Her parents and teachers recognized her potential and provided the necessary support and encouragement. Ruhin’s exceptional mental computational skills in mathematics and physics were evident and her teachers capitalized on these strengths.
In two years, Ruhin completed over 1,000 hours of classes, with the goal of getting into the prestigious Computer Science Engineering program at IIT Hyderabad. Her dedication was evident in her performance in assignments and tests, and her parents’ unwavering support further encouraged her progress.
Ruhin’s hard work culminated in her outstanding performance in the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams, where she scored almost 99 percentile in JEE Main and 98.2 percentile in her CBSE Board exams. Her admission to IIT Hyderabad’s Computer Science Program brought immense joy and pride to her family, teachers and the entire community.
In July 2022, Ruhin’s parents sought personalized coaching to address her specific needs and turned to PracBee Education. The team at PracBee, led by founder Shival Kathe, then created a customized study plan for her, integrating her into a small course with personalized lessons and focused attention.
