A woman has closed a Liverpool restaurant for serving ‘the worst bottomless brunch ever’, complaining about ‘freezing food’ food, ‘dirty plates’ and failing to offer a gluten-free meal.

She claimed that she and her friends were ‘roughly’ treated by managers, who did not apologize after a gluten -free meal they had ordered never arrived.

Katie Details about the test in a Tiktok video, Katie said: “I literally had the worst bottomless brunch ever,” and added that she “was usually not one to complain about things,” but no choice was left after the “terrible” experience.
“I worked in hospitality, so I know how things can go wrong,” she said.

‘At this point we were so angry because we would not get up and enjoy ourselves and let Jess wait for her food at the table because three employees had told us that food was on the road.
“The whole point of a bottomless brunch is that you have food,” she smelled, adding that Jess had even decided to stop drinking in the fears that she would become ‘absolutely paralytic’ on an empty stomach.
