Itel S25 Ultra Price in India, Design, Specifications Tipped

The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is expected to go official once the pricing details, key specs and design have surfaced online via alleged marketing images. The leaked promotional material suggests three color options for the phone. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is seen with a triple camera unit at the back and a punch-hole cutout on the display. It is said to have a Unisoc T620 SoC under the hood along with up to 8GB of RAM. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) posted alleged marketing materials and renderings of the Itel S25 Ultra showing its specifications and design. The tipster claims that the 4G device will cost less than Rs. 15,000 in India or about $160 (about Rs. 13,500) in other markets.

Renders show the Itel S25 Ultra in black, blue and titanium colors with a punch-hole display design. It looks like there is a triple rear camera setup on the top left corner of the handset. The sensor setup is identical to the camera setup of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

According to the leak, the Itel S25 Ultra will have a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits. It is tipped to run on the Unisoc T620 chipset, along with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The built-in RAM can support expansion up to 16 GB with unused storage space. It is said to have a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. For selfies and video chats, there may be a 32-megapixel front camera.

The Itel S25 Ultra is said to have a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support. It could have a thickness of 6.9mm and a weight of 163 grams.

Alleged marketing images of the Itel S25 Ultra indicate an IP64-rated build. The phone can also come with a 60-month fluency certificate.
