James Milner showed up with his great physique when he hit the beach in Barbados.
The Brighton Star, 39, was seen on vacation in the Caribbean with his wife after an eighth placed Premier League finish.
However, the first Liverpool And Man Title winner looked like he should have opted for a higher factor of sunscreen.
In the meantime, wife Amy Fletcher had no worries because she worked an impressive brown in a light green bikini.
Milner has focused on playing in his 40s – an achievement that he is less than eight months away from achieving.
He said, “I would like to keep playing,” said Milner, who will be 40 in January.
“I am now looking at my fitness and I feel good. I will certainly have another year left in me.
“We are talking to the club and quite close, so it will be nice to be here and be part of the team and help the boys. Hopefully I can be part of it.”
And with his impressive Sixpack it was not difficult to see why he believes that he has many years left in the tank.
But it was difficult to miss the huge spots red over the 61 cap England Star’s chest and belly.

Fortunately his face was well protected with a few shades and a bushy beard.
Milner is currently working back from an injury after nine months.
He underwent a knee construction operation with the aim of returning in December, but his return was considerably delayed after the procedure saw him pick up nerve damage on a tendon.
Milner said this week: “After the operation I couldn’t lift my foot or my toes.
“December 31 was the first time I saw a flicker of life. It was it [the complication] Was not related to the age. It was just a bit of bad luck – one in many thousands.
“There was a chance that I might not return at all.
“I didn’t know if I could walk well again, let alone that I could play football.
“I don’t think many people would have returned. The medical staff has been incredible, Sean Duggan [the Brighton physiotherapist] Has been absolutely incredible. “
On the last day of the season, Milner returned when he was immersed in the stopping time of Brighton’s 4-1 victory at Tottenham.
“We have worked hard and the hard work has paid off. To be part of it on the field made it worthwhile.”
