Jeff Stelling seemed to question the appointment of Hartlepool United of the new manager Simon Grayson.
The first Football Saturday Host, 70, is a lifelong fan of the National League club.
Hartlepool announced the conquest of Grayson on Thursday evening.
The 55-year-old has reached EFL promotions with Preston North End, Huddersfield Town, Leeds United and Blackpool.
Grayson recently took the lead over Lalitpur City in Nepal, with his last job in England a short spell in Fleetwood Town in 2021.
RackResponding via his X account seemed to be impressed by the appointment.
The Sky legend wrote: “He is a sweet man, but is not managed in England for four years and never at this level.
“All you can do is wish him the best and hope that he realizes what he steps in.”
Heart -leak were banned to the National League in 2023.
In none of the last two seasons, they did not challenge promotion.
Stelling fears a massive exodus of the play staff in the summer – without money in the Kitty to replace them.
Responding to a more optimistic fan, he continued: “I hope you are right, but I am not hopeful because I don’t see any important players staying.
“I don’t see that the money is available for sufficient replacements.”
Statement added in a separate message: “Everyone would test the problems at Hartlepool.”
Grayson replaces Australian Anthony Limbrick, who was fired On Thursday after four months in the role.
Chairman Raj Singh said, “I am happy that Simon has accepted the role.”
“Simon is someone who has been on our radar for a while and he has been my favorite candidate in the past when we searched managers, but for one reason or the other it didn’t come loose.”
Grayson said to the official website of the club: “I am really happy to become a member of Hartlepool United.
“The club recently went through a number of difficult times, but by working hard as a staff and fan base, we can return the good times that this football club deserves.
“Hartlepool is a club with real potential and I am enthusiastic about the prospect of what we can achieve here. I can’t wait to get started.”
