Jennifer Lopez Files for DIVORCE from Ben Affleck on 2nd Wedding Anniversary — and There’s NO Prenup
Jennifer Lopez has officially filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, after months of divorce rumors.
The On The Floor hitmaker filed for divorce without a lawyer on Tuesday, August 20. This is also their second wedding anniversary.
Lopez, who was recently seen wearing her wedding ring, has reportedly been arrested for her injuries, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
This is Jennifer’s fourth divorce and Ben’s second.
According to insiders, the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement before they got married in July 2022.
Without a prenuptial agreement, Jennifer and Ben’s individual income from the past two years — whether from film projects or major brand deals — would be jointly owned.

The couple put their $60 million Beverly Hills wedding home up for sale in May. They were unsuccessful in selling the home off-market, but have since put it on the stock exchange.
Ben bought a new $20.5 million bachelor pad in LA last month and JLo is still looking for a house.
