Jensen Huang loads almost $ 1 billion to Nvidia shares – but there is no reason to be worried

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has started selling part of his huge cache of company shares, but is not shocked – it is part of a 10B5-1 trading plan, which means that Huang is able to sell six million shares (worth around $ 865 million).
Huang, who has until December 31, 2025 to sell its allocation of shares, has already sold 100,000 shares for $ 14.4 million in a series of transactions on June 20 and June 23, according to a Sec.
NVIDIA did not publicly comment on the sale, but they were not kept secret – the company unveiled Huang’s intention to sell a maximum of six million shares in its most recent quarterly report.

The same announcement confirmed that Nvidia CFO Colette M Kress and company director would also sell a Brooke Seawell up to 500,000 and 1,153,049 shares, although with various deadlines – 24 March 2026 for Kress, and 31 July 2025 for Seawell.
Huang is currently worth $ 126 billion (via Bloomberg), and has sold a total shares to date for a value of more than $ 1.9 billion.
In contrast to the reactions of investors to company -allocations, the decision of Huang to sell up to $ 865 million in shares should not be a reason for concern. It is rather a common scenario that is seen with billionaires who want to access their money.
Nvidia races have risen steadily in the past month. Nvidia is now appreciated at $ 144.17, the second most valuable valuable company in the world, just behind Microsoft With a market capitalization of $ 3,515 trillion.
Nvidia’s financial performance continues to impress investors, with a turnover of the first quarter of 12% quarterly over-quart and 69% on an annual basis.
Suggesting that growth could continue to exist, Huang noted: “Countries around the world recognize AI as an essential infrastructure – just like electricity and internet – and Nvidia is central to this in -depth transformation.”
