Before having her second child, Jules admitted she was worried her battle with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) would return after giving birth.

The entrepreneur first spoke about her experiences with PMDD in October, having previously suffered from the condition three years ago when she had her first child, Oliver.

Jules exclusively told Daily Mail Australia that her PMDD symptoms completely disappeared after she became pregnant earlier this year, but she still fears the symptoms could return after giving birth.

PMDD is a severe, sometimes debilitating form of premenstrual syndrome. It is characterized by extreme mood swings that can significantly disrupt women’s daily lives and put a strain on relationships.

“It’s a bright spot and a blessing of pregnancy that I no longer have PMDD,” said the reality star, who recently released her debut book Ask Jules.

Jules admits she worries her PMDD will return after she gives birth, but she remains optimistic this time around.

“It’s a little time bomb going off. How am I going to feel? But I’m just going into it knowing that I have so much more education behind me,” she said.

Earlier in June, Jules was surprised by her friends with a wild baby shower before having her second child.

The party was quite lavish, but there were also some spicy games played.

Jules took to Instagram to share photos and videos from the shows, with one clip showing her wearing a blindfold as she She smelled a diaper that contained a brown substance.

The hilarious game where she had to figure out what the mysterious substance was, namely chocolate.

Jules also played a game called ‘Labour or Loving’, where guests had to guess whether photos of women indicated they were in a porn scene or giving birth.

The room was decorated with flowers, white, green and cream balloons and candles, and a ‘baby’ sign made of blocks.

Just weeks before her due date, Jules spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her pregnancy and candidly revealed that she is already planning for her third child.

“We want another child,” Jules said enthusiastically, adding, “Who knows? If you believe that where there’s a will, there’s a way.”
