She received a warm commentary from Rita Wilson, the old wife of Tom Hanks, who wrote: ‘Happy Thanksgiving friend. I miss you!’

Julia and Tom starred in several films, including the 2007 dark comedy Charlie Wilson’s War, directed by Mike Nichols from a script by Aaron Sorkin.

When Rita received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame earlier this year, her friend Julia was there to give a speech.

“I’ve been lucky enough to know her long enough to learn things we have in common — devotion to our moms, endless joy from our families, super hot husbands,” Julia joked according to Us Weekly.
