Justin Bieber and wife Hailey welcome their first child together — and they reveal their baby boy’s name
Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber announced on Friday that they have welcomed their first child.
The 30-year-old pop star and the 27-year-old model – who reportedly embraced their faith during the pregnancy amid rumors of a divorce – became parents for the first time when she gave birth to a baby boy, Justin revealed in a loving Instagram post.
He shared a photo of their newborn son’s adorable little foot and revealed that they named him ‘Jack Blues Bieber’.
“WELCOME HOME,” the singer wrote to Jack in the caption.
It is striking that the couple did not make clear when their son was born.
Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber announced Friday that they have welcomed their first little miracle
The 30-year-old pop star and the 27-year-old model became parents for the first time when she gave birth to a baby boy, which Justin revealed in a loving Instagram post in which he revealed their son’s name: Jack Blues Bieber
Shortly after Justin’s initial post, Hailey reposted the photo to her Instagram Stories.
She added an emoji of a teddy bear and a blue heart and wrote, “Jack Blues.”
The name ‘Jack’ seems to have a personal meaning for the lovebirds, as it is the middle name of Justin’s father Jeremy Bieber.
Jeremy split with his mother Pattie shortly after Justin’s birth in Ontario, Canada. They were both just 18 at the time.
The hitmaker initially barely saw his father as a child, but the two reconnected and spent significantly more time together since Justin became an adult, strengthening their father-son bond.
Hailey has been out of the spotlight for almost a month. She hasn’t been photographed in public since July 31st, and it appears she hasn’t posted a new photo of her baby bump since August 2nd.
She and her husband were prepared for Jack’s birth, a source said People late last month that the two were “ready to become parents.”
“They are making plans for the baby’s arrival and it’s very cute,” they said.

Hailey has been largely out of the spotlight for almost a month now, as she hasn’t been photographed in public since July 31 and it appears she hasn’t posted a new photo of her baby bump since August 2.
Late last month, a source told People that Justin and Hailey were “planning” for the birth and were “ready to be parents” after they sought support from their Christian faith amid divorce rumors that dogged them; photo taken in October 2023 in LA
The ‘very religious’ couple are said to have drawn on their Christian faith and church community as Jack’s birth approached.
The insider added that Hailey has been “extremely protective” of her and Justin’s growing group, following reports that she was currently not “close” with her family.
However, Hailey said W-magazine that she was not ‘close’ because she had become ‘very independent’ and started her own family.
Her pregnancy was only known to the general public for a relatively short time. She managed to keep it hidden for six months.
In her profile with W Magazine, she revealed that she “stayed small for a long time,” which made it easier for her to hold off on sharing news of her pregnancy.
“I actually didn’t have a belly until I was six months pregnant, and then I announced it. I could wear big coats and stuff,” she explained.
Although she considered that she “probably could have kept it a secret until the end,” she admitted that she did not enjoy the “stress” of the secrecy and that she did not mind that she “wasn’t able to outwardly enjoy my pregnancy.”
She added that it “didn’t feel comfortable” hiding such a big secret.
Hailey went on for a whopping six months before revealing she was pregnant, which she told W Magazine she was able to do because she stayed small for so long
She finally revealed her pregnancy publicly on May 9, 2024, when she shared photos of herself and Justin renewing their wedding vows in Hawaii. She showed off her growing baby bump in a gorgeous white lace dress
“I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life,” Hailey explained.
On May 9, 2024, she finally announced her pregnancy, sharing photos of herself and Justin renewing their wedding vows in Hawaii.
The images showed her growing baby bump in her beautiful white lace dress, while Justin held her baby bump.
While the couple seemed overjoyed when they revealed Hailey’s pregnancy, Justin reportedly looked exhausted and stressed as he gave a shallow performance of some of his hits at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s incredibly lavish wedding in Mumbai, India.
Earlier this month, a source told DailyMail.com exclusively that Bieber was desperate to earn the $10 million wedding performance would generate, due to Hailey’s extravagant spending in recent months.
“Hailey is a real spender,” they claimed. “She’s spent tens of millions on private jets to fly around the world, including once flying out to get her nails done by a certain manicurist.
They added that Justin was reportedly “isolated from his friends and family.”
Bieber reportedly felt “miserable,” lost his “identity and creative drive” and was “uninspired.”

Bieber’s last LP was in 2021, and he hasn’t toured since an aborted tour in 2022. In January 2023, he sold his entire catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital for $200 million, but he will now no longer profit from any of his existing music
The singer’s last LP came out in 2021 and he hasn’t performed much since cutting short a 2022 tour due to health concerns following facial paralysis caused by the neurological condition Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
Bieber’s earnings took a huge hit in January 2023 when he sold the rights to his entire song catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital for $200 million.
This practice has become very common with older music legends, such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen, selling all or part of their publishing rights to large companies in exchange for a lump sum of money.
However, the artists are nearing the end of their careers, while Bieber likely has decades ahead of him where he can no longer profit from his past music, but he still retains the rights to any future music he records.
