The singer now known as You “Kanye West” is “missing,” according to the US Sunwhile his former company manager tries to serve him with a $4.5 million lawsuit.

The 45 yearsThe longtime mogul’s whereabouts became public after Daily Loud tweeted the following: “Kanye West is missing and can’t find him [sic] for weeks, according to his former manager.”

According to documents obtained by the news source, St. John has requested an extension until the end of March so that the lawsuit can be served on Dec. 19.

The former company director was also reportedly unable to contact Ye’s legal team.

“We were informed of a new law firm representing the defendants, but not of a specific contact person,” according to the court filing published by the US newspaper Sun.

“We then learned through the news that the law firm that had been appointed as new counsel was not affiliated with the suspect. As a result, we were unable to assist the suspects through their counsel,” the statement said.

“Overall, we have had difficulty confirming Kanye West’s best current speech,” it continues.

“For Mr. West, despite our diligent efforts, we were unable to identify his current residential address and therefore have not taken any steps to serve him in person. Instead, we attempted to serve him by letter at several possible addresses,” the filing said.

According to the documents, St. John unsuccessfully attempted to service the rapper at his homes in Hidden Hills, Malibu and Calabasas, California.

“We will continue our efforts to assist the defendants,” including engaging “relevant agencies” to help track down the elusive artist.

According to the story, St. John claims he was not paid for the guaranteed 18-month term he worked for You. Despite the fact that he only worked for three months and was supposed to be paid $300,000 for each of those months.

According to the indictment, Ye became “heated and hostile” in January 2022 and “yelled” at St. John, stating he no longer wanted to work with him.

“When I was challenged with the 18-month promise that had just been made. And Mr. West made statements to the effect of, ‘The 18-month term was nonsense,’ and ‘You’re crazy to even think I would comply,'” the lawsuit states.

Kanye and his representative did not respond to media requests for comment on the court filing.

According to the US newspaper Sun, Ye was last seen in public on December 18, when he was photographed carrying two of his children to church.

The rapper has recently come under fire after launching a bizarre anti-Semitic outburst on social media. During a bizarre appearance with “Infowars” host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, he even praised Adolf Hitler.

“I also see positive aspects of Hitler. “Every human being, and Hitler in particular, had value that he brought,” he noted.

Due to recent negative media coverage, he has lost valuable partnerships with major brands such as Adidas and Gap.

Adidas, a German sportswear manufacturer, cut ties with Ye last month.

Another corporate partner that sold Ye’s clothing line, Gap, also abandoned him.
