‘The ability of the natural world to inspire us, feed us and to help us heal and grow is limitless and has been understood for generations.
‘It is through nature that we can fully understand the true mutual connection of all things, the importance of balance and the importance of innovation and resilience.
“Connecting to nature helps us to experience a deeper feeling of ourselves, the world around us and each other.”
She added: ‘Spring is a season of rebirth, of hope and new beginning. From the dark days of winter, the outside world awakens quietly with a new life, and there will be a feeling of optimism, anticipation and positive, hopeful change.
‘Just like nature so new life and renews and also points. Let us reconnect with nature and celebrate a new dawn in our hearts.
‘It is often of the smallest seeds that the biggest change can happen, and in this ever -increasing complex world we have to stick to what connects us.
