Kate Ritchie is head over heels in love again after a tough year in which she split with her boyfriend Chevy Black.
The former Home and Away star and her new man, Will Skelton, looked absolutely smitten as they enjoyed an oceanfront picnic at Clovelly in Sydney on Friday.
Skelton, 30, is a ‘high-flying’ financial adviser for Canaccord Genuity, a financial services firm based in Sydney.
Will and Kate, who at 45 is 15 years his senior, met at Nova FM’s Singles Ball in May.
‘They have spent pretty much every night together lately,’ a source told Daily Mail Australia on Friday.
‘He has told many of his colleagues about it. He just turned 30 in the last week,’ the source added.
The couple could not keep their hands off each other during their beachside date, kissing and cuddling as they sat on a picnic blanket.
The actress looked absolutely delighted to be in Will’s company, laughing heartily as the pair chatted and shared jokes.

Following their picnic, Kate and Will left the hillside arm in arm, smiles on their faces, and clung close together as they strolled.
Kate was dressed casually in an orange jumper over a white shirt, paired with a blue jeans and white sneakers.
She appeared to go makeup free and tucked her brunette locks in a ponytail under a red cap.

Dressed in a chic black suit with a bow tie, Will looked nervous as he went up to Kate while she was talking with friends at a table.
Giving her his rose, he introduced himself and the two left the table to get to know each other better.
Fans of the breakfast radio show went wild in the comments to the Instagram post.

The pair, who would often put on on public displays of affection while out and about in Coogee, are said to have split around November.
An insider also told New Idea magazine at the time there was a very telling clue their relationship was over.
