Brandon Blackstock has bought a $1.8 million house in Butte, Montana after he left the ranch he once shared with ex-wife Kelly Clarkson.
Blackstock, 45, bought the beautiful property last April 18, following the completion of his split with Clarkson, 40, US Weekly reported after review of a transfer deed on the property.
The house was listed for $1.8 million by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Propertiesand it wasn’t immediately clear how much Blackstock was paying for the property.

According to Berkshire Hathaway, the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home is spread over 4,800 square feet spread over more than 40 acres of land.
The living room of the house has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams with a custom finish. The property has a DaVinci fireplace and beautiful views through large windows.
A kitchen area in the house has state-of-the-art appliances with a copper sink, quartz countertops and a butler’s pantry with a wine fridge.
On-site amenities include a safe/safe deposit box and a steam room. Other ranch features include a barn with a loft and tack room, and a greenhouse.

Blackstock “has lived there and said he does not currently have the financial means to purchase a home of his own, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce.”
The former couple finally settled their divorce last March, with the judge ruling that Blackstock could stay there until June but would have to pay Clarkson $12,500 a month in rent.
Clarkson was given primary custody of their two children, River, eight, and Remington, six, and must pay Blackstock $115,000 in spousal support through January 2024, as well as $45,600 in child support.
