A Fanfavourite Fris brand has unveiled two new ‘gourmet’ flavors inspired by the culinary journey of famous chef Rachel Khoo in France.
The latest selection of Kettle Chips for British customers are Honey Dijon Mostard and Brie & Caramelized onion.
The products are made with the help of the best -selling author and broadcaster, who received international appliance for her cookbook and the accompanying BBC Cookery Series, The Little Paris Kitchen: Cooking With Rachel Khoo.
Each taste is inspired by the time of the chef born in Croydon in France, where she refined her culinary skills and developed a deep appreciation for exceptional ingredients and for French cuisine.
The new gastronomic potato chips are made with the characteristic real-food ingredient spice of kettle chips that bring a refined taste to the snack.
The Honey Dijon -mustard flavor delivers a balance of sweet and spicy, with the warmth of the authentic Dijon mustard soothed by rich, golden honey.
In the meantime, the Brie & caramelized onion is described by the brand as ‘pure indulgence’; The crispy combines the creamy, nutty tones of Brie with the rich sweetness of caramelized onions.
Rachel, who appeared as a judge on the great Australian baking shift, said: ‘These flavors are a love letter to my time in France where my culinary career started and I learned that great food starts with simple, high -quality ingredients.

The gluten -free chips – Available in Waitrosis and Morrisons now for only £ 2.65 per bag – Contains no artificial ingredients, but still offer a full taste.
Speaking of the two unique flavor combinations, Chef Rachel said: ‘It brings in the classic French flavors, but adding that little surprise, that little twist, which are many of my recipes.
“OK, it’s perhaps rather French classic, but I always have a little twist at the end, or something unexpected.”
TV chef Rachel spent her early years in the UK, but her influences are internationally. Her mother is Austrian and her father Malaysian Chinese.
The family moved to Bavaria when she was 12 and she wrote her first cookbook in English – the Little Paris Kitchen in 2012 – when she lived in a small apartment in the French capital.
Rachel speaks English, French, German and Swedish, but she has found her programs around the world. She filmed shows in Australia and is huge in Japan.
In 2006 the chef moved to Paris, studied at the Le Cordon Bleu School and started a TV career at the Little Paris Kitchen Series, in which she was filmed for guests in a pop-up restaurant in her tiny cuisine.

Rachel praised the beloved kitchen that inspired her fresh selection, said: “I think the French are really good at celebrating simple pleasures and enjoyment, you know that moment, such as having something so tasty, really tasty, beautiful texture.
“So I get a lot of questions, such as:” How can you eat all these things and not what you are? ” I am really the case, if it looks mediocre, I will not eat it.
