He looked up at the camera as he joked, “She really turns me on.”

‘Yes, that’s right,’ said the television personality, laughing.

dr. Ghavami replied, ‘We’re going to do Potenza, we’re going to do some RF and we’re going to do a secret RF that nobody knows about yet.’

The video ended when the famed plastic surgeon pointed his finger at the camera and Kim flashed a peace sign.

In the clips, The Kardashians bared part of her toned midriff in a slim-fitting gray tank top that she paired with black Adidas joggers.

Kim completed her casual ensemble with black sandals. The beauty pulled her platinum locks back into a bun with several loose strands framing her face.

She wore a glamorous makeup palette with bold eyebrows, shimmery gold eyeshadow and a nude lipstick.

Kim has always been honest with fans, especially when it comes to making things right by claiming she went under the knife.

In 2019, the reality star spoke candidly about the look of her nose while having her makeup done by Mario Dedivanovic at The Master Class in Los Angeles.

“I’ve never had my nose done,” she said. “Everyone thought so, and I said, ‘Wait until I have kids, because your real features are coming out.”‘

Mario explained that Kim has a “little bump on her nose,” but he uses a contouring technique to hide it.

While she strongly denies ever having a nose job, she agrees with some of her fans that her face looks different.

“Photos, I swear, I look at them and would say, ‘Wow, the bump looks so much bigger in some photos than others,'” she admitted.

The public has been following Kim’s every move for over a decade, so it’s no surprise that she’s constantly being speculated about the changes in her appearance.

Kim has long denied getting butt implants to boost her famous behind. She was adamant about stopping the rumors that she had an X-ray done in season six of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to prove her critics wrong.

However, her curvaceous backside has inspired a legion of fans to lift Brazilian buttocks, a procedure that transfers fat from other parts of the body to the derriere to make it plumper.

She is widely regarded as the driving force behind the revival of the procedure in recent years, but she has never admitted to having one.

Kim has also spent more than a decade denying claims she’s had a breast augmentation, a procedure her sister Kourtney talked about openly when she was just 21.

Kim is known for using duct tape to boost her chest when she can’t wear a bra, but she has vehemently denied ever having a boob job.

“I’ve never had plastic surgery. I hope you’ll never ask me a question about plastic surgery after seeing this!’ she wrote on her now-defunct blog in 2008.

Pointing out that she has had large breasts since childhood, the businesswoman explains, “I’ve had a size C since I was 11 years old.”

However, she noted that she wasn’t totally against giving her breasts a boost after having kids.

“I’ll definitely get a ride one day, but I’ll wait until I have kids,” she said. “Until then, I’m relying on a great supportive bra!”
