It looks like Kim KardashianThe infamous feelings that ‘nobody wants to work today’ can also be shared by her colleagues.
Skims co-founder and good friend of the Kardashians, Emma Grede, recently appeared on the diary of a CEO podcast with Steven Bartlett To talk about her success.
In addition to co-founder of the clothing brand, Grede is also co-founder and CEO of Khloe Kardashian‘s brand good American, and co-founder of Kris JennerThe cleaning/self-charger Safe.
And it seems as if she has taken over Kardashian -Jenner’s mindset in the direction of work – insinuating that everyone who wants to be successful should do the same.
When asked what Grede’s ‘red flags’ are in interviewing someone, she immediately said she would walk outside on someone who asks her about a ‘work-private balance’.
“Balance in work and private life is your problem,” said Grede.
“That is yours to find out.”
She further explained that no one is bound at their desk at her companies – people go to hairstyles, appointments, things for their children when needed – and nobody wonders why someone may not be at their desk.

Grede was fired because he says that a balance between work and private life for an employee is not the responsibility of the employer on the diary of a CEO podcast
“So if someone talks to me about his balance between work and private life in an interview process, I am from ‘there is something’ there is something wrong with you,” she said.
Interviewer Bartlett then told Grede that a third of the people he interviewed said that a balance between work and private life was a priority where they worked.
When Bartlett said it wasn’t something he had personally chosen for himself, Grede said it was because he was ambitious, which implied that someone without a drive or passion would think of a balance between work and private life.
She explained that the average employee would not work seven days a week – but someone who has ‘ambition’ and wanted to be successful should work a little more.
Although the entire interview is more than two hours, the clip of Grede has spread specifically over the work and the balance between work and private life over the internet and even brought the headlines – and the internet is not happy with it.
“She is a red flag. Run, “An Instagram user commented on a business insider message about Grede’s comments.
“That is capitalism for you, companies that give priority to profit above humanity,” another wrote.
