Stewart accessorized her sparkly onesie with a striking diamond rose necklace as she posed outside the Walter Reade Theater in Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood.

The Spencer star wore her highlighted locks in a piecey ponytail and she brought out her hazel eyes with brown shadow and defined brows.

Kristen portrays National Organ Registry investigator/surgeon Timlin in the critically-acclaimed dystopian horror – which prompted walk-outs over its gory, pseudo-sexual scenes.

‘Everyone loves to talk about how his movies are difficult to watch and it’s fun to talk about people walking out of Cannes screenings,’ Stewart told Insider on May 24.

Stewart told Insider on May 24: 'Everyone loves to talk about how his movies are difficult to watch and it's fun to talk about people walking out of Cannes screenings. But every single gaping, weird bruise in his movies, it makes my mouth open. You wanna lean in toward it. And it never repulses me ever. The way I feel, it is through really visceral desire and that's the only reason we're alive. We're pleasure sacks'
