Landlord is reportedly stabbed to death by his tenant during a visit to rental properties

The police have accused a young man of murder after he reportedly stabbed his landlord in his rented grandma flat.
Officers were called to a house on Courallie Avenue in Homebush West, in SydneyWest, after reports of a care for well -being around 11.30 pm on Friday.
On arrival they discovered the body of a 65-year-old man in his rental home.
The police have one crime Scene and during their research discovered a knife on the site.
A 31-year-old man, considered the tenant, was arrested on the spot.
He was taken to Auburn’s police station where he was accused of murder on Saturday.
The young man was refused bail and will appear at Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
“The death of someone under these circumstances is absolutely tragic,” chief inspector Robert Toynton told reporters.

“Everyone in the community who has information between 6 pm and that time frame from 11.30 pm, we would like to hear from you,” he said.
“This is quite an enclosed incident, and we believe that the man died in the grandma flat at the back of the building.”
Earlier on Saturday, the police said that the two men were known to each other, but excluded that it was an incident with domestic violence.
Resident Steven Chand described the feeling on the street until nine news after the incident.
‘It is actually quite intense, just knowing that it is across the street. I have noticed something crazy, but yes, there is no good feeling. ‘
The cause of death will be confirmed during an autopsy and a report will be drawn up for the coroner.
