Congratulations poured in under the post as people wished the couple the best after the happy news.

Days before the delivery, Lauren revealed she was undergoing a hospital procedure to help turn her breech baby before she went into labor.

Lauren detailed the External Cephalic Version (ECV), adding that she felt “well and really poked and prodded,” but the success meant it was worth it.

She took to Instagram and shared a video of her bump covered in monitors explaining the procedure to help others going through the same thing.

Alongside the clip, she wrote, “To my fellow break-in moms…I had my ECV procedure a few days ago and it worked!

‘Baby is now head down and I’m so relieved! There’s a small chance they could return before you give birth, but I’m staying positive and hoping for the best!

“I’m not going to cover it up, it’s not the most pleasant experience, but if you take a deep breath through it and try to zoom out, it’ll be over before you know it. I think it was about 3/4 minutes in total.”

To ease the minds of other expectant mothers, she added: “You and the baby need to be checked before and after to make sure everything is okay, so I was there for a few hours in total.

“I also had a blood test done the same day so I left feeling great and really poked and poked lol but totally worth it.

“That night and since my stomach felt pretty sore, almost like a punch, but it’s totally tolerable.

“So to everyone in the same position, I hope you see this and it helps ease your fears, I was feeling quite anxious leading up to it and I’m the biggest baby so if I can do it, you can do it!” † Now just have to wait and see when they’re ready to arrive.’

Earlier this year, Lauren told MailOnline exclusively that she felt “incredibly grateful” for her pregnancy.

Lauren said, “I am really enjoying this new chapter in life as a mother and spending time with my family.”

She welcomed her first child with Tony in July 2020, a girl named Raine Anais, shortly after stepping out of the spotlight to focus on family.

The pair first went public with their romance in January 2019, with Tony later revealing that he was a foreign exchange investor.

Lauren previously admitted that she found motherhood “surreal” after she welcomed her first child into the world.

Speaking to MailOnline, the beauty discussed the “tough” birth of her daughter, but insisted she felt “most satisfied” now.

She said: ‘It’s still so surreal that she’s finally here after all these months, I just can’t stop staring at her pretty little face.

“The delivery was hard, of course, but she’s worth all the pain, tears, sickness and exhaustion.

“I feel most satisfied now, I may have sore sore parts of my body and a belly that still looks five months pregnant, but I don’t even care, all I care about is being the best mother possible who I can be and to enjoy every minute of every day with her.’
