Leaked Moto G Stylus (2025) design renders suggest glossy back panel

Moto G Stylus (2025) is expected to launch as a successor to the Moto G Stylus (2024), which was unveiled in May this year in select markets. A leaked design render of the Moto G Stylus (2025) has surfaced online. The render suggests that the phone could be similar in design to the current model but could feature a different textured rear panel. No other details are known at this time apart from the design of the alleged phone.

A design render for the Moto G Stylus (2025) was shared in a MySmartPrice reportThe handset is said to be codenamed Kansas and will carry a model number of XT251V. The number “25” here reportedly suggests the year 2025. The leaked render, which is low-resolution, shows the phone in a blue color scheme with a glossy finish. Notably, the current model has a vegan leather finish.

Apart from the material of the rear panel, the design of the Moto G Stylus (2025) in the render appears similar to the 2024 variant. The slightly raised, rectangular camera module on the rear at the top-left corner can be seen with dual camera units on the back. The right edge houses the volume rocker and the power button. The handset’s flat display features very thin bezels and a centered slit for the front-facing camera sensor. The stylus holder is expected to be placed at the bottom, as on the existing handset.

The Moto G Stylus (2025) is expected to arrive with improved features over the Moto G Stylus (2024). The current 2024 version of the Moto G Stylus sport- a 6.7-inch full-HD+ pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone comes with Android 14-based Hello UI out of the box.

For optics, the Moto G Stylus (2024) has a 50-megapixel primary sensor on the rear alongside a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens. It gets a 32-megapixel front-facing camera sensor. The handset is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 30W wired fast charging support. It has an IP52-rated build for dust and splash resistance.

Notably, the Moto G Stylus (2024) has not been launched in India. available in the US and Canada and is priced at $399.99 (approximately Rs. 33,600). The phone comes in Caramel Latte and Scarlet Wave colour options. It has a vegan leather finish and the stylus holder is placed at the bottom of the handset.
