Football fans should be able to enjoy a pint in the stands while encouraging their team, says a member of parliament.
The Luke Charters of Labor wants to put aside on designated drinking zones in stadiums to allow supporters to have alcoholic beverages.
And the Football Supporters’ Association has given its support to the call of the MP for York Outer.
Booze is currently forbidden to be consumed in view of the field in the Premier League, English football competition and National League.
But it is also allowed by the football competition pyramid – and in other countries, such as Germany.
Mr. Charters said: “I think it’s time to alcohol Prohibition with a view to the field, and at least try to perform a few tests with designated drinking zones.

“You can sit with a beer and view the Bundesliga – So why can’t you have a pint while watching the Prem?
“As a father, I think it is correct that some parts of the soil should probably remain drink -free.
“But let’s have a common sense conversation about what we can do to make the matchday experience better and to support our great local breweries in this.”
The FSA supported Mr. Charters’s call for drinking zone and said: “In the past this is actually something that many clubs have asked for.”
Alcohol can be sold at the hall at competitions before and during competitions, but cannot be taken in the stands.
The prohibition has been around for men since 1985.
But tests that allowing the consumption of alcohol with a view to the field took place in the women’s game, which is not covered by the ban.
Southampton, Birmingham City, Bristol City and Newcastle United participated this season.
MR Charters also tore in ticket prices and wants the £ 30 cap for ex -fans in the Premier League to extend to the EFL and National League.
