Lidl is launching a £7.99 gadget that will help you dry your laundry quickly
If wet laundry hangs indoors, it is not only unsightly, but it can also cause condensation, moisture and mold.
Luckily, Lidl has a brilliant gadget that allows you to dry your laundry during the winter months.
And unlike other airers, it’s not bulky and you don’t have to look at it while sitting on the couch.
The Livarno Home Over Bath Airer will be available in stores from October 6.
It’s one of many items launching during Middle Aisle’s for Bathroom week.
The bath aerator is suitable for all standard baths and is described as durable and sturdy thanks to its plastic feet and locking connections.
It is also versatile and can be placed horizontally (opened completely flat), freestanding (as a triangle) or leaning (various angles).
Unlike an electric airer, it can be folded and stored to save space when not in use.
It’s perfect for anyone with limited space!
As for how much it can dry, the drying space would be 7m in total.
It can hold a load of 14kg – that’s two washes if you have a small washing machine!
The Silvercrest Fan Heater will also be available in stores on the same day.
For a price of just €9.99 it can help dry your laundry (if the drying rack is not in the bathroom).
Due to the adjustable temperature, the heater can also be used cold, as a fan.
It has a tilt and overheating protection for extra safety, a practical handle on the back and a cable length of 180 cm.
It has two heat settings: 1000W/2000W and a three-year warranty.
Customers can choose from black or white.
If you’re looking for ways to heat your home this winter, the Silvercrest glass convector heater may be for you.
It is a stylish heater with a sleek glass front, adjustable temperature controller and two heat settings 1000W/2000W.
It doesn’t require any major installation – just plug it in and place it where you want it – and feel the heat in seconds.
Customers can buy it from October 6 for £34.99 and it is available in black or white.
Why do Aldi and Lidl have such fast checkouts?
If you’ve ever shopped at Aldi or Lidl, you’ve probably experienced the ultra-fast checkout staff.
Aldi’s fast reputation is no mistake. The supermarket even claims that its checkouts are 40 percent faster than those of the competition.
It’s all part of Aldi’s plan to be as efficient as possible – and this, the budget retailer claims, helps keep costs down for shoppers.
Efficient barcodes on packaging ensure staff can scan items as quickly as possible, with most products having multiple barcodes to speed up the process.
Shelf-ready packaging is also used, keeping costs low when it comes to replenishing stock.
