The record -breaking transfer from Florian Wirtz to Liverpool has been agreed.
The Premier League Champions will complete the conquest of the much needed German playmaker of Bayer Leverkusen.
The deal is £ 100 million in advance by £ 16.5 million in add -on – so it is one Premier League Record transfer.
It beats the previous record of £ 115 million that Chelsea Brighton paid for Moises Caicedo in 2023.
After a period of three weeks of conversations with Bayer Leverkusen, the agreement initially demanded £ 126 million for Wirtz.
Liverpool earlier had rejected bids worth £ 109 million and £ 113 million by the Bundesliga club.
But now that a deal has finally agreed, the attacking midfielder will undergo a medical next week.
Wirtz has enjoyed the back-to-back beautiful seasons in the Bundesliga.
The 22-year-old has made his form one of the most sought after stars in Europe.

Cup Chiefs Wirtz convinced his future lay at Anfield Instead of Bavaria.
Real Madrid And Manchester City Were also interested in securing Wirtz’s signature.
The attacking midfielder has posted double digits and helps in each of the last two Bundesliga seasons.
Wirtz joins the Reds after packing 10 goals for Leverkusen when they finished second in the table behind Bayern.
