‘Love everything’ shouts shoppers as they rush to Primark for a cozy autumn collection
THE colder weather has officially arrived now that we’re well into October, which means most of us are starting to wear our clothes off cozy autumn outfits.
When it starts to get chilly outside, we go Love bringing out the knitting, the big, heavy coats and the cozy winter boots.
But that doesn’t mean we can’t still glam up with silver glitter, cute coats and beautiful dresses.
And Primark’s latest Paula Echevarría range has ensured we can still do just that.
The bargain giant caused a stir among shoppers after showcasing the stunning collection on social media.
And many say they “love everything” the new collection has to offer.
It includes the Argyle Knit Jumper, which can be picked up from Scottish stores for £17.
Primark bosses have hailed it as “the pattern for knitwear this season”, adding that it can be “worn effortlessly with jeans, midi skirts and tailored trousers”.
Another popular sweater in the range is the £17 Ivory Cable Knit Button Jumper, which features a classic style, metallic detailing and ribbed cuffs.
The bosses describe it on the website: “This button-up cable knit sweater shows off royal accents and is a great way to combine coziness with sophisticated styling.
Part of the Primark Presents Paula Echevarría collection, the cream sweater has a timeless look with its cable-knit design, round neckline and long raglan sleeves.
“Ribbed edges add even more coziness to the piece, while the soft material tries to provide optimal warmth.
“Two rows of decorative buttons on the front give the sweater an elegant touch, thanks to the metallic gold color scheme and the relief details.
“Make sure you add this knit to your cart in time for the cold weather.”
For those who want to dress stylishly this fall: the € 22,- Metallic Maxi Dress “scores all the style points” and “shaves the figure with elegance”.
Primark bosses suggest completing the look with strappy heels and a black handbag.
It wouldn’t be autumn weather without a warm coat, so it’s no surprise that Primark shared its new double-breasted beauty.
The classic mid-length coat retails for £34 and Primark bosses describe it on the website as a timeless classic.
They wrote: “It’s only natural that you’ll find something as classic as this double-breasted coat in the Primark Presents Paula Echevarría collection.
Defined by its slouchy and relaxed silhouette, this jacket offers the perfect blend of casual styling with classic details.
“It functions large, notched lapels, handy slanted side pockets and a timeless double button closure.
“Long sleeves with dropped shoulders simply add to the relaxed fit of the design and the mid-length cut provides plenty of coverage to keep you warm and cozy.
“The beauty of this outerwear piece is that it can be worn effortlessly over a range of other garments, from slim, rib-knit midi dresses to chunky knits and casual jeans.”
And of course, it wouldn’t be fall without cozy loungewear.
Why is Primark the place for bargains?
How does Primark do it? Continue to provide trendy items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it is still only four points.
- They “sell a lot of items” – Thanks to that they can save by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
- They “do very little advertising”
- Although their clothing offers the “latest trends”, they “do not use expensive hangers, tags or labels”.
- And finally, they try “to be as efficient as possible in transporting products from factories to stores.” This includes things like asking “suppliers to pack our T-shirts so they can be placed directly on the shelves.”
