Luke Littler sent fierce warning about controversial comments from German opponents

Luke Littler and Luke Humhpries have sent a fierce warning for their World Cup Darts Boting against Germany.

The English couple is confronted with Ricardo Pietreczko and Martin Schindler in the Tour of 16 in Frankfurt this evening.

Littler had earlier came in a spit with Pietreczko and controversial Germany planned Because of crime problems.

He posted on Instagram: “Shouldn’t have been in Munich, but still had to play.

“The next in Germany is Dortmund for me and I am happy to say that.”

Pietreczko – nicknamed ‘Pikachu’ – said: “I think it was a very funny match against both Lukes, because Luke Littler says he never returns to Germany.”

Schindler added: “I think the fans will play an important role in this.

“If we are going to play against larger countries, England, Wales, North Ireland, Scotland or the Netherlands or anyone else, it now contains so many good names.

“I think this is probably the best world cup to be in and we are very happy with the support we get from the fans.”

Littler crashed in March with ‘Pikachu’ when the German confronted him after he was beaten.

Pietreczko explained: “Well, I really appreciated that he could play such a game at such an age, but I hope his arrogance punishes him.”

Littler claimed that he had no idea what he had done wrong, but acknowledged “everyone wants to beat him”.

Away from the oche, the top two players in the world, Humphries and Littler, both received a MBE Friday As part of the Birthday Honors list of the King for their contributions to Sport.

The price is a striking example of how the growing attraction of Darts ran parallel from the rise of the couple to the top.

Humphries said: “I am very honored and pleased to receive an MBE in the king’s birthday for services to Darts.

“To be recognized by the king for what I have achieved, and also for my contribution to playing in and promoting the sport I love, is something that I had never thought possible, but I am very grateful that it has become a reality.”
