The stars of Manchester United thought that their embarrassing season was over, but the Asean all stars left them even more red face than Tottenham.
The Red Devils Carefully peak their way to a 1-0 defeat In the hands of the paved Asian side in a damp 90 -minute game in Kuala Lumpur.
Ruben Amorim Gave 26 different players a rise in their non-NODed Touropener after the season after the worst Premier League campaign of the club was packed at the weekend.
It was a goal of Maung Maung Lwin that the difference was when the All-Star side patiently waited for their chance against a matte association.
Amorim will not be upset in the defeat in what is ultimately a glorified way to add some money to his transfer kitty and to take a look in some young people in the books.
Here is how Sunssport’s Joshua Hall rated the man UTD versions …
Andre Onana – 6
Had very little to do for the 45 minutes he played.
Called once or twice and done enough to keep the opposition out.
Diogo Dalot – 3
Really really noticed something in the half hour he was on the field.
Perhaps his biggest impact was regularly the teenager center half next to him without help.
Not his best show at all.
Harry Maguire – 7
Looked the most regular payer of the starting center-back trio, which was no surprise when he stood in line with his 18-year-old parties.
It took on a number of line-splitting steps in the knowledge that he would stand in the teenagers’ short 31 minutes in which he played.
Hard to remember the last Maguire that is played as badly as people want to tell you that he is doing that – consistently solidly.
Ayden Heaven – 7
After 30 minutes, heaven became the most experienced in the field for United – he is 18.
The first Arsenal Man was confident enough to step into that role and looks like a talent for the future.
Used his body very well and was always the first of the back line of defenders who responded to a loose ball in the last third third of United.
Reece Munro – 4
Showed his inexperience with some cheap errors in the opening 10 minutes when players were able to go past him.
The 18-year-old did not succeed in closing the All-star attack quickly enough with a number of times.
Patrick Dorgu – 7
Perhaps the only first term player who looked like he wanted to play in the intensity of a competitive match.
The Wing-Back was regularly demolished the flank to try to find out, and follow it back to try to win the ball.
Because he came to United in January, it is hard to say that he was used well by his manager or his teammates, but the signs are that he could succeed in the next term.
Casemiro – 6
This was a game played at a pace that was suitable for a player like CasemiroSlow structure that gives him time to make an impact.
Unfortunately, none of the ball moved to let him do this.
Replaced 31 minutes prior to his return to the Brazil team.
Kobbie Mainoo – 8
A special moment for the midfielder who got the bracelet from the captain when Harry Maguire was immersed.
His feet are always impressive and he looked one of the most likely players to make something happen.
The latter finish and end product was not entirely today, but that is to be expected in such an unusual friendly situation.
Manuel Ugarte – 6
Promote the ball much faster than he has been since he came to United.
Played a few nice sweeps wide to try to get the wing backs behind it.
United fans will hope they will see more progress of his next season
Jack Moorhouse – 6
Looks comfortable on the ball every time he arrived.
It is clearly very confident and watching things happen from central positions.
Unfortunately there was only 30 minutes to watch the 19-year-old, hopefully he will get the chance to shine against Hong Kong later this week.
Rasmus Hojlund – 2
If there was ever an example of how important trust is, the first half of this match showed it.
As much as some people can tell you differently, Hojlund is certainly better than the level that he was confronted today.
However, he did not show it. The out-shape striker regularly lost possession and rarely came into a position to even receive the ball in a dangerous position, let alone score.
He is better than that, but with his self -confidence you won’t see it quickly.
Subs
Shea Lacey – 7
Silence -like footwork and a willingness to get ahead, Shea Lacey looks like he could be a smart spark for the future at Old Trafford.
When teams are in terrible situations, it is often the academic perspectives that occur and shine – think of Bukayo Saka In Arsenal, Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham in Chelsea and Pedri And Gavi on a cash Barcelona.
That does not mean that Lacey will follow their footsteps, but he looks like he has enough talent to have a crack to break into this wrestling united side.
That said, he only played 14 minutes.
Bruno Fernandes – 8
Even if the best players don’t try, they still succeed in showing their class.
Bruno Fernandes tried not to force the issue as he normally needs to be in this man of the man, but still managed a number of stylish moments and silky details – in particular a Rabona -Pass Alejandro Garnacho.
The debate will continue in the coming weeks if Fernandes will leave Saudi -Arabia.
It is safe to say that if he leaves, United will lose their best player with a margin.
Alejandro Garnacho – 6
He has been told that he can leave the club – but not before he is made to play for 45 minutes of painfully boring football In 30 degrees heat in Kuala Lumpur.
A few decent runs at the back and a little flair against his opposite number of flattered to mislead.
Most players did not want to play this game – let alone one that is very unlikely that it will return after the summer holidays.
Jonny Evans – 5
Did not think itself in glory when the All-Stars got their goal, so that his young center-back partner Godwill Kukonki covers the goal scorer completely alone.
Evans basically uses this tour as a farewell trip, given his approaching exit of the club.
Toby Collyer – 7
Collyer is one of the Carrington stars that has been in and around the first team for a while, and it is clear why.
He looks like he’s ready to take a more regular step to the first team football and could be part of the squadrotations under Amorim next season.
It is not only his trust in the ball, but also his ability to win it back that makes him an exciting prospect.
Amad Diallo – 6
Amad knows that this season he has been one of the few clear sparks for United and he also played that way.
It was not his usual representation of sizzling pace and hard work, but rather a tame attempt to help the team while avoiding injury.
Not his best, but not his worst.
Chido Obi – 5
A lot has been made of the target score-younger since his controversial move from Arsenal this season.
While he was in a few good positions in the second half, OBI was often unable to get the ball out of his feet quickly to get a meaningful shot.
As soon as he stores that, he can be very dangerous.
Jim Thwaites – 7
At the age of only 17, Jim Thwaites had to be the one to prevent United from fell to a 2-0 defeat for their Minnow opponents.
The younger bust a lung to come back in the last minute and get a sensational slide tail to prevent a certain goal.
Other substitutions included …
Jayden Kamason, Daniel Armer, Sekou Kone, Tyler Fletcher, Godwill Kukonki, Tom HeatonTyler Fredricson.
