A 21-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday in connection with three fires, including one in a house in North London that is owned by British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer.

The metropolitan police of London said in one rack That a 21-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday on suspicion of arson with the intention of jeopardizing life. The man stays in custody.

On Monday, police officers took over the fight against terrorism into the fire. Earlier that day, it broke outside the house with four bedrooms where Mr. Starmer lived until he won last year’s general elections and moved to the official residence of the Prime Minister, 10 Downing Street.

The police also looked on 8 May in a car hour in the same street and a small fire on Sunday at the front door of a house converted into apartments in Islington, Noord -Londen, in a building that is also linked to Mr. Starmer.

The fires are treated as suspicious and the police are investigating whether they are linked, according to the statement.

No one was injured in one of the fires, but there was damage at the entrance to Mr. Starmer, which is rented to tenants. British news broadcasts published photos of a black and charred doorway.

In the statement on Monday, the Metropolitan Police said: “As a precaution and because of the property with earlier connections with a controversial public figure, officers of the Counter Terrorism command of the investigation into this fire are going on. Questions are going on to determine what it caused.”

This is a developing story. Come back for updates.
