Wanda Nara made a list of six requirements that had to be met before her husband signed for Turkish club Galatasaray.
The Argentine striker sealed a season-long loan deal after falling out of favor with Paris Saint-Germain.
Icardi, 29, was greeted by thousands of fans on his arrival in Istanbul as club officials paraded the former Inter Milan captain for the substitution.

Nara’s six demands included a 24-hour driver to take the hot-shot around the city whenever and wherever he wanted.
A personal chef was asked to take care of all his nutritional needs, as was a home for the family with private security, the report said.

Icardi and Nara have endured a very public flip-flop relationship since their marriage in 2014
She also requested a hotel to stay in until December and schools for her children during their stay in the Turkish city.
Icardi’s move gives him the chance to reinvigorate a faltering career, taking him from Inter Milan captain to PSG outcast in just three years.
The Argentine often made his own demise after public squabbles with Inter’s Ultras and heated social media exchanges with Nara.
Icardi was joined in Istanbul by former Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata, who secured a move to Galatasaray last week, while Norwich’s Milot Rashica also arrived on loan.
