The customer of a McDonald was taken under fire after posting a video that criticizes the state of one of the locations of the fast food giant Queensland.

The woman, only known as Zoe, shared images of the Hervey Bay restaurant with social media in which the floor of the dining room – both inside and outside – was covered with shot food packaging, straws and drinking lids.

She showed the container that flooded together with spilled food and liquids on the service counter and many of the seats, making finding a place to even sit hard.

There turned out to be no staff that cleaned up the mess in the video.

‘Do it better! I can’t believe how you are still open and run a place in such a dirt, “she subtitled the video.

But instead of agreeing the condition of the exhaust valve, Zoe’s Post led on a wave of return of viewers, with many hurry to defend the staff that works at fast food companies and instead blamed customers.

‘Why do we just blame the restaurant? Why have consumers not chased? “said one person.

Some have labeled a ‘karen’ with one viewer who tells her that ‘if you think you can do better, then you will do it’.

Various commentators, who said they were current or former fast food staff, argued that Zoe’s criticism was unfair and the reality of the job did not recognize where employees had to serve customers.

“As a fast food employee, we literally never get time to change or clean bins,” a person explained.

‘There is always something else that needs the first priority. People don’t seem to understand how demanding our managers are. ‘

‘Hey, so McDonald’s actually offers baking! And the staff cleans the restaurant and toilets when they have time, “someone else said.

“It’s not fair for us if we are a mid-rush and people complain about a mess that other customers have created.”

Some said she was too hard for young employees who cannot win because they also have abuse of people to take too long to make their food. “

Other people pointed out that the video was filmed during school holiday time and the fault of school children because they were messy.

However, not everyone did not agree and many offered support for Zoe’s message.

“I am a customer who will always clean up behind him, but it is difficult to do this if the bins are not emptied, that comes down to the responsibility of the staff and manager,” one said.

“Unfortunately, that has always been Hervey Bay Maccas for you, it has never changed.” Another added.

“It’s getting worse. Almost [every McDonalds]KFC, hungry jackets where I have been, is just terrible with dirty tables, toilets, floors. ‘

“It’s disgusting and the scent was horrible,” Zoe replied.

A YouGOV study conducted last year showed that more than a third of the Australians (37 percent) were personally witnessed by hygiene or safety problems at their local fast food sales points.

The findings came after a viral incident with a McDonald’s store in Queensland, where staff were filmed to dry a mop under the same heat lamps used to keep fries warm.

The images also showed employees who were on food preparation surfaces while wearing work boots.

McDonalds Australia was contacted for comments by Daily Mail Australia.
