Molly-Mae goes on a major clearout after breakup, selling bargains from Gucci & Prada
WHEN it comes to celebrities whose wardrobes most women would love to have, Molly-Mae Hague’s incredible pieces are to have to be there. And after teasing us on Instagram and YouTube, fans got to see it too when she dropped her latest mega clothing sale on Depop.
Following her shock split from professional boxer Tommy Fury (25), with whom she has one-year-old daughter Bambi, the brand ambassador took to Depop last night to sell a number of memorable items, including a Gucci jumpsuit and Prada tops for a fraction of the retail price.
Buyers got a glimpse of what the Love Island star had in store after she hit the YouTube.
“I have something exciting coming up at the end of the week, which I’ll tell you more about in a moment. But this morning I set myself a task.
“I’m going to do a Depop upload. I have to do this every few weeks because I don’t know how and I don’t know why, but clothes are piling up in this house like there’s no tomorrow.”
The star added: “I keep collecting stuff that I don’t need, and I know I’m better off keeping it in someone else’s hands.”
The star also kept her fans updated on Instagram about when her Depop sale would take place.
One particularly memorable outfit Molly threw away was a Couture Club blazer she wore on a roller coaster ride with Tommy last April.
Someone negotiated this for £15.
The Love Island star also had plenty of Gucci clothing to sell, including a ‘like new’ Gucci jumpsuit, which sold for £85.
And a pair of Gucci loafers for just £40, and a Gucci bralette for just five quid more.
Gucci, one of the most fashionable designer brands in the world, currently sells its jumpsuits for around £2,750 and its loafers for around £715 – £745.
Another big brand to endorse the Love Island star was Prada, who launched a terrycloth top and shorts set for £100.
And a Prada co-ord for just £60 more.
A similar pair of shorts is available to purchase from Prada’s online store for £900.
Other items on sale included Gymshark sets, which were available to purchase for just £20.
Brand new Gymshark sets can be found on their website for around £78, as tops and bottoms are usually sold separately.
It’s no surprise that the fashion icon sold all 262 of her items on Depop within seconds.
Molly-Mae’s Depop account @missmollymaehague is managed by her management and all profits are donated to charity.
After a period of silence on social media following her shocking split from Tommy, the mother of one seems to be back to doing what she does best, even teasing a new business venture that she plans to reveal details of this month.
This came after keen-eyed fans raised their suspicions that the split between former Love Island couple Molly-Mae and Tommy may have coincided with Molly launching a brand reportedly called Maebe.
