Molly-Mae makes hundreds of dollars on Depop and has a closet for unwanted stuff
Molly-Mae Hauge shared the items she sold last weekend on her Depop account.
Just like the rest of us, Molly-Mae has a Depop obsession and sells some of the clothes she no longer wears on the platform.
Yesterday, the former Love Island star told her 7.9 million followers on her Instagram Stories that she was selling some of her most luxurious items from brands including Fendi and Balenciaga.
She explained that she was in one of her storage closets, where she keeps all the clothes she no longer wears.
“I’m uploading now,” Molly said.

“If you guys are aware of my Depop uploads, I can barely upload the pieces before they disappear and get sold.
“So you have to be very quick,” she said.
She then said she wanted to provide some “clarity” about how much she sells her second-hand clothes for, sharing that she would be listing a white Fendi jacket and a pair of shorts on the platform for “maybe £100”, although they both cost around £1,500.
She said about the shorts that they were “gorgeous” [and] high-waisted,” but Molly sold them because she “couldn’t even fit her baby bump in them.”
“It’s so surreal. If only it still fit me,” she added.
Other pieces she sold included a bright tangerine blazer from Off White, which she “absolutely loves,” and a black leather Balenciaga jacket.
She added that there would also be some more affordable, popular pieces on offer, such as clothes from Pretty Little Thing and Zara.
She captioned the post: “@depop has been making so many changes to the app lately.
“It’s so much easier to use.”
According to the reality star’s biography on Depop, she donates all profits she makes on the platform to charity.
When the 25-year-old announced her Depop adventure, she said she was “nervous”. She had an account before Love Island, but hadn’t opened it since she rose to fame.
“I’m a bit nervous to say but I’ve started a Depop. I had one a year ago, for Love Island, and I loved it… but I’ve started it again and literally spent the entire day getting everything set up for it,” she said on her Instagram Story.
“I’m putting things up for sale for really low prices. There’s not much on there, but keep your eyes peeled. All money made of it will go to charity.”
Molly is no stranger to the fashion world, having collaborated with brands such as Pretty Little Thing.
She was the brand’s creative director for two years, from 2021 to 2023.

“The last thing I would want is a role that I can’t fulfill right now.”
