Molly Mae’s New YT Video Shows Her Trying to ‘Fix’ Her Brand Before She ‘Heals’ It
Molly Mae Hague’s “incomprehensible” new YouTube video is an “assault course” as she attempts to “restore” her brand and then “heal” from her split from Tommy Fury, a body language expert has said.
The 25-year-old mother of one posted a 35-minute video tonight in which she tells her fans about the past week.
This is the second video Molly has posted since her split from her boxer fiancé in August, with whom she has a daughter, Bambi (1).
In Molly’s previous video, the Love Island star said she would always “love” and “respect” Tommy, who is rumored to have cheated on Molly before she threw him out of their £3.5million Cheshire mansion.
In today’s video, Molly appears to be trying to move on with her life after the split. She says she’s “excited” and has “really good feelings about this month.”
Despite her attempts to appear cheerful and optimistic, Judi James said Molly’s “non-verbal” cues show she’s not feeling well.

She told Fabulous: “Molly Mae’s video is incongruous from start to finish, with her words telling fans she’s excited and even ‘has really good feelings about this month’, while her non-verbal cues often seem to show the opposite.
“She starts by hoisting herself into a large brown leather jacket, pushing her shoulders into it as a form of protection.
“That protective expression is later seen in a scene where she leans low to the camera, her jacket now resembling a turtle shell which she looks through, indicating a high degree of emotional vulnerability.
She continued: “When Molly says she’s ‘so happy’ she looks like she’s about to cry and hides her face with her hands in some sort of hair-cutting ritual.
“Her exaggerated, performed rituals become more frequent and consistent, but they seem more intended to motivate herself, such as her clapping hands, which she uses to describe childlike excitement.”
Molly only briefly discusses her circumstances in the video. For example, she says that Tommy took Bambi out for the day.
Although she says this in a positive tone, Judi notices that the corners of her mouth pull into a “micro-grimace” when she says, “Are you okay?”
Judi added that Molly appears to be “deflecting” her emotions in the video, such as when she pretends to be in tears while watching a Harry Potter film, and then pretends to be angry because meatballs were delivered wrong.
Molly, who was originally set to marry Tommy before they split, reveals in the video that she is going to a wedding in Cannes soon. She is wearing a white dress while fitting a wedding.
Timeline of Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury’s breakup
After five years together, Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury split in August 2024.
Around 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 14, Molly-Mae and Tommy have an explosive confrontation and Molly-Mae announces her split from her fiancé Tommy Fury. She says: ‘I never thought our story would end like this, especially not in this way.’
An hour later, Tommy confirms in a short, separate statement that they have broken up and thanks Molly-Mae for making him a ‘father’.
The real reason why they broke up comes out and Thursday August 15th The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae discovered Tommy had cheated on her, leading to an explosive confrontation.
On Saturday, August 17, The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae received a shocking video of Tommy kissing a girl in a nightclub in North Macedonia during a lads’ holiday.
Exactly one week after the split, a Danish woman accused of being close to Tommy speaks to The Sun. On Wednesday, August 21, she denies that she is the girl who kissed Tommy.
She describes the event as “fun,” but adds that it’s “a little strange to go to a bridal shop at this time in my life,” as she looks down, which Judi says is a “shutdown to hide her emotions.”
Judi added that Molly is wiggling, scratching and waving her hair a lot in the video, indicating that she is feeling anxious.
The body language pro continued: “Molly-mae’s performance is brave and stoic, but the final scene where she talks about ‘hollow pits of sadness around my eyes’ and asks if the ‘stress of the past month has made me age’ seems to move her to tears.
“She deserves credit for wearing a mask and planning to return to work, but the brief emotional glimpses are telling.”
