Mom LadBaby breaks down in tears on Instagram after revealing major career change
Roxanne Hoyle, better known to her fans as LadBaby Mum, burst into tears on Instagram yesterday.
The mother of two rose to fame along with her husband Mark (better known as LadBaby) thanks to parenting tricks and prank videos they shared on social media.
The inspiring couple once lived on £20 a week. Last year, Roxanne told Fabulous that she now has to put food back on the supermarket shelves to buy nappies.
The 40-year-old now has over 1.3 million followers on Instagram and makes her money by fooling around on social media with her husband, 37, and their sons – Phoenix, eight, and Kobe, six.
In addition to five Christmas hits about sausage rolls, collaborations with companies such as Jet2 and Smyths Toys and a collection of children’s books, the LadBaby brand has done much more.
And as if that wasn’t enough, Roxanne and Mark decided to write their own autobiography.
Titled Our LadBaby Journey: Success, Sacrifice and Sausage Rollsthe couple revealed how they came from nothing but managed to achieve success against all odds.
The launch of the book was announced yesterday and is expected to be released in November.
It earned her a huge amount of praise on social media, with a flood of fans calling Roxanne and Mark ‘inspiring’ – moving them to tears.
On Roxanne’s Instagram page, the couple thanked their fans for their support.
“I can’t even really talk,” she shouted into the camera.
“All those people sending messages and saying that we are helping them get through their problems.
“We didn’t realize… well, I didn’t realize how many people have been following our journey.
“We are happy and I am sorry that we are just crying.”
According to Mark, he and Roxanne were “so nervous” about the announcement of their new book, which they had wanted to write “for a long time.”
The book explores the couple’s rise to fame, the beginning of their parenting journey, their epic Christmas single successes and how they became Guinness World Record breakers.
Why do so many mums love LadBaby’s Rox?
THE news that LadBaby – Mark and Roxanne Hoyle – will release an autobiography in November marks a major milestone in the couple’s career.
And while they initially enjoyed success as a couple, thanks to their crazy ideas and hilarious jokes with each other, Rox has made a name for herself on her own – and has an incredible 1.3 million followers on her Instagram page.
But what makes Rox so popular with her millions of fans?
I think it’s a combination of her down-to-earth attitude, her cheerful sense of humor and her expert tricks.
I am a mother of two myself and I am always looking for ways to save money and entertain the kids. Hardly a week goes by without Rox sharing a handy tip.
When she shares her hair and beauty tips on social media, she can be sure that fans will go to the stores to look for the products themselves.
When she recently showed a Primark Ice Face Roller I was one of the first to grab one. It really changed my puffy morning skin.
She has also managed to remain humble despite the fame she and her husband have achieved, which is a much harder task than it seems.
And when it comes to the red carpet events she’s lucky enough to attend, Rox usually opts for a budget high street look rather than a fancy designer gown.
Now that the summer holidays are starting, I’ll definitely be checking out Rox’s pages to see if she has any tips on how to keep the kids entertained for six weeks on the cheap.
After all, it all helps!

Also discussed is Roxanne’s decision to walk away from a six-figure deal with In The Style, after releasing a number of successful series with the clothing brand.
In an exclusive interview with Fabulous, she said: “I may not look like the women you see on TV or on magazine covers; I’m loud, round, colourful and energetic.
“I’m just like the millions of other real mothers who have to go to school, the jerks, the unsung heroes who never get the attention they deserve.

“There are very few brands that make clothes for us women, so when I got the chance to start a clothing line with a brand, I jumped at the chance.
“What started with so much success and passion eventually changed as the role and the industry evolved.
“After months of trying to create the right products for the plus size market (of the best possible quality and at the most affordable prices), I just wasn’t given the creative freedom to achieve what I knew my audience would love.
“It was heartbreaking because it was something I loved with all my heart.
“But when I started feeling like my voice wasn’t being heard and I wasn’t able to help women who looked like me feel seen, heard and valued, I knew it was time to leave.”
