- Furious rant by binman captured on resident Jade Ashleigh’s security camera
- Worker in Penrhyn Bay, North Wales called residents ‘dirty smelly b******’
- Ms Ashleigh sent the clip to the council with a formal complaint
- Council has apologized for Binman’s behavior and is investigating incident
This is the shocking moment when a garbage collector launched a furious and dirty diatribe against residents while they were collecting, calling them “dirty, smelly b*******”.
Resident Jade Ashleigh’s security camera in Penrhyn Bay, North Wales, captured the morning tirade.
He yelled, “I told you dirty bastard once, I’m not going to empty it.”
Then the same garbage man can be heard shouting ‘Empty your food bin, stinky’ again – before disappearing into the street.
Ms Ashleigh, 37, sent the CCTV clip along with a formal complaint to the council.
She said: ‘This isn’t the first time the garbage collectors have heard the residents throw insults.
“Normally I wouldn’t check CCTV, but I checked because my food bin and recycling cart were damaged, so I wanted to see.
“I heard him yell that he said earlier that he wasn’t emptying the bins sooner, and someone yelled ‘dirty b****** across the street’, then went to his coworker and muttered something else.
“The CCTV camera was able to pick up some of it, but we’re not sure who he was talking about as the person yelling isn’t on camera.”

His bosses have apologized for the garbage man’s words, because he did not act in a “professional and respectful manner” during his shift.
Ms Ashleigh said: ‘Since posting the images on Facebook, I have received word from several neighbors that this is not the first time it has happened and that it is high time they were reported for their behaviour.
‘A resident told me that one of the garbage collectors called him on*** followed by another who said that the garbage collectors always break their garbage cans because they are heavy handed.
“It doesn’t matter how ‘bad day’ they are having, we still pay council tax, so we shouldn’t have to deal with foul language yelled across the street.
“I’ve complained to the council about this and they said they would look into it, but they can’t tell me if they’re really doing anything about it.”
A spokesperson for Conwy Council’s Environment, Roads and Facilities Service said: ‘We received a call from a resident in Penrhyn Bay and have registered her complaint, which is being investigated by the manager.
Councilors are expected to perform their duties in a professional and respectful manner.
“We have been in touch with the resident to offer an update and apologies.”
