Mrs Hinch admits she ‘can’t stand being alone’ after the loss of her beloved father
MRS Hinch has heartbreakingly admitted she ‘can’t stand being alone’ after losing her beloved dad earlier this year.
Just a few weeks ago, the 34-year-old cleanfluencer revealed on Instagram that she and her partner Jamie are expecting a baby to join their family.
The mum-of-two, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, is pregnant with the couple’s third child – a brother to Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three.
But now Sophie has revealed how she does it Actually is doing, just months after her dear father Alan sadly passed away.
The 34-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to post her heartbreak after being left home all alone.
”Good morning everyone. How are you all doing? Happy Wednesday.
”The boys have gone to school. They really enjoy school now and I am so happy with it.
”And yes, I’m just home alone. Jamie is at the gym.
”And I don’t like being left alone right now, to be honest.
”I can’t stand it. But I turned on my candles and my wax is melting,” said Sophie, who had turned on Lorraine in the background and was trying to keep herself busy by cleaning the house and doing some laundry.
“That feels good, that’s something I can check off.”
After this, the mother-of-two uploaded a heartwarming photo of her baby bump and said she had some company.
”Actually… not on my own at all.
”Life is really full of so many unexpected twists. An unpredictable rollercoaster, as they say.
“And all I know is… I’m tied up, with my family, and I’m holding on to every little spark I can find along the way.”
Sophie’s grief journey
It comes after the star, who shot to fame with her clever cleaning tricks, admitted she was ‘on the floor crying’ after her father’s death.
In April, Sophie lost her father Alan after he died unexpectedly in his sleep.
The cleaning fanatic previously revealed that her late father, who suffered from lifelong ‘chest, lung and heart problems’, was ‘never blessed with… fantastic health’ and spent several weeks in hospital in 2023.
The mother, who took an eight-week break from social media after her father’s death, also shared an update with fans about her grieving journey.
She explained: ‘I’d be lying if I said I was doing well…in fact, I feel broken.
”I’m feeling an extreme mix of emotions and not too much makes sense right now.
”It’s like I’ve entered this new part of my world, where there’s only sadness, and it feels heavy; something I can’t describe unless you’ve been there.
”For now, I’m really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love most; one of my biggest support systems.
”I feel like my father taught me everything I know; except how to live without him.”
The grieving mother also took time to thank her fans for their support during this difficult time for both her and her loved ones.

‘You live in deep pain, you cannot empathize and you wonder why the sun keeps rising as if nothing has happened.
“But I just wanted to thank you.
“Maybe I can’t quite reach out to you right now, but I see you and I’m so grateful.
“I really hope that one day I can find my way again, my family is my everything.”
She continued: “I just wanted to come here and say thank you so much for the overwhelming amount of love and support.
”I may not be able to contact you at all right now, but I see you and I am so grateful.
“Thank you for being so patient with me as I try to find my feet alongside my family, of whom I am so incredibly proud and whom I love with all my heart.
“I really hope that one day I will find my way again, my family is my everything.”
