Following the death, the mother of two, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, took an eight-week break from social media before returning to Instagram to admit that grief “pulls your legs out from under you”.

And in a heartbreaking Instagram story posted earlier today, Mrs Hinch asked her 4.8 million followers for help coping with her pain.

“Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask you something because it’s incredible how much support I get here,” she said through tears.

Mrs Hinch said she was having a good time and yesterday she helped one of her best friends clean her house.

Last night, however, she had a terrible dream that rekindled her sorrow.

“If you try to do better, you get thrown back to the ground,” she said.

“I just want to do better, but I can’t.”

The influencer then asked her followers for advice, revealing that she feels like she has to restart her healing process every few days.

Sophie recently announced that she got a tattoo of her father’s handwriting.

Mrs Hinch shared a picture of her new tattoo on her Instagram stories, which features ‘Bubber’ written in thin lines with an ‘x’ next to it.

Besides the cute clickSophie said, “Send the texts, the WhatsApps, the emails.

“But a friendly reminder… put those handwritten notes aside.”

She then said enthusiastically, “I will always be Bubber.”

When did Mrs Hinch’s father die?

On May 8, 2024, Sophie announced that her beloved father had passed away “suddenly, but peacefully.”

Her father passed away on April 25, 2024, but his grieving daughter waited until she was ready to share the sad news with her fans.

In April 2023, Sophie announced that she was taking a break from social media after her father was hospitalized.

She then said, “My dad is in the hospital right now, guys. My dad has never been blessed, let’s say, with fantastic health – of his chest, his lungs, his heart.

“He’s always had a hard time with it, you know.”

She heartbreakingly added: “I just want him to be happy.”

The influencer, who counts Stacey Solomon among her best friends, wrote: “ILYD,” which means “I love you, dad.”

Mrs Hinch confirmed the tattoo, which appears to be on her arm, was done by Adam Claridge, a tattoo artist from London.

Alongside Adam’s tribute post, Mrs Hinch commented: “My dad’s beautiful handwriting.

“I am so incredibly grateful for this, Adam. Thank you.”

Mrs Hinch previously shared an update with fans about her grieving process.

She explained: “I would be lying if I said I was okay… in fact, I feel broken.

”I’m feeling an extreme mix of emotions and not much of it is right right now.

”It’s like I’ve entered a new part of my world, where there’s only sadness, and it feels heavy; something I can’t describe unless you’ve been there.

”Right now I’m really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love the most; one of my biggest pillars of support.

“I feel like my father taught me everything I know, except how to live without him.”
