But despite his millionaire lifestyle, Fisayo has to pay another cent for the upbringing of his two -year -old daughter Anara after telling the child’s maintenance service that he is skint is claimed.

Anara’s struggling mother Nadia Messaoud, 41, who went out with Fisayo for a year before they split in 2022, said she was forced to take action after she was ignored.

She took civil action against Chelsea defender Tosin for financing his brother, while reporting the obligations of his brother or sister.

Legal documents with regard to the civil action, seen by the sun, state: “The suspect (Tosin) consciously has his older brother, Fisayo Adarabioyo, supplied with an income that is not explained that is explained HMRC Or the child’s maintenance service.

“This is with the intention of obstructing my daughter’s legal right to obtain the maintenance of children.

“My child has received the zero level of CMS over the past three years.”

Nadia also claimed that, as well as thousands of pounds per month in cash, Tosin also offers his brother a credit card to spend on.

According to land registration documents, Tosin, 27, is £ 120,000 a week in Chelsea, the owns the Cheshire mansion in which Fisayo lives.

The Ministry of Work and Pensions has awarded a “zero interest” for child benefit in the last three years of unemployed Fisayo because he claims that he does not earn enough to pay.

Nadia organized a protest outside of Chelsea Stamford Bridge Stage last month to increase awareness about her business.

She wore a vest -top and held a sign of both said: “Tosin #4 women are important, children matter, da (domestic violence) survivors.”

She is supported by domestic violence charity Women’s help.

Fisayo was convicted of intimidation without violence in 2022 after it appeared in Nadia’s terrace -shaped house in Cheshire, hit her door and left her terrified.

He also bombarded her with texts and said he hoped that she misundered the baby and threatened to kill her.

After he reportedly did not respond to Nadia’s legal claim, his brother Tosin was ordered by the court To pay her £ 11,000.

The Tosin’s legal team, however, said that the command was a “standard judgment” wrong “on the part of the court”.

Nadia said: “I didn’t get a cent from Fisayo to help with our daughter, while he lives the lifestyle of a football player thanks to his Chelsea that brother plays.

“I was rejected on every occasion, so I decided to take legal steps against both.

“The only thing I ever wanted was a reasonable level of financial support, but Fisayo has demanded poverty. Now I know the truth.

“As a Premier League player, Tosin is supposed to be a role model, but his actions have in essence blocked the financial support she is entitled to law. “

The Tosin’s lawyers added: “The order stems from a standard judgment entered by the court in a claim from Nadia Messaoud against our client (‘De Claim’).

Unfortunately, it seems that the application from our customer was not properly processed by the court and therefore it has made an automatic standard judgment possible for Mrs. Messaoud.

“This is a very serious administrative that is not confused and that we appeal to the court on behalf of our client.

Incorrectly, she submitted an application for an assessment application, even though she was submitted to that application.

“Your summary is not a fair and accurate report of everything that took place in the legal proceedings.”

They added that, like the “chase” of the court, they also submitted an application on behalf of their client to put the standard judgment order aside “.

“In summary, therefore, the order you have seen is subject to an active challenge, and should never have to be done
have been published in the first place by the court. “

They said that the claim is a “behavioral pattern” by Mrs. Messaoud “to put unwanted pressure on our customer to provide her further financing”.

“Our customer has no relationship with Mrs. Messaoud and does not owe her legal or other tasks or obligations,” the statement adds.

De Zon has also contacted Fisayo’s lawyer and Chelsea for comment.
