My $1.25 Dollar Tree lipstick is 5/5 stars – it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury
A DOLLAR TREE customer found a budget lipstick that exceeded her expectations and gave it five stars.
She said the makeup product stayed on for hours and was an imitation of a more expensive Charlotte Tilbury beauty purchase.

Reddit user Sophie_The_Glam_Diva loves a good beauty deal, especially when it’s good quality.
She raved about a long-lasting lipstick from Dollar Tree that was comparable to a lipstick from a popular makeup brand.
Sophie bought two lipsticks at the discount store for $1.25 each and reviewed them both.
She first raved about the LA Colors Nude Glam Lipstick in “Oh Teddy.”
“The shade of this lipstick is a pink, nude brown. It has a satin finish. No glitter or shimmer. It is high coverage and it feels smooth and creamy on my lips,” she said.
Plus, she said it smells really nice and reminded her of “butter popcorn.”
I was able to wear it for five hours before needing a touch-up.
The pigment is excellent, super pigmented and virtually opaque after just one swipe.

Sophie agreed, saying it was perfect for everyday use.
“The color reminded me of one of those popular Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks,” she added.
The Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Hydrating Lipstick, $35, in Pillow Talk is a similar nude or pink shade.
According to the product description, the matte lipstick has a long-lasting, buildable and hydrating formula.

“I really needed this to pair with my grayscale eyeshadow palette that I also bought from LA Colors the day of this purchase,” she said.
She said that this lipstick also has a satin finish and is semi-matte, unlike Oh Teddy.
There are also no glitters or sparkles in it like the first lipstick.
“It’s definitely high coverage, exactly as advertised,” she said.
Sophie called the pigmentation stunningly bold, after just one swipe.
“This one also smells exactly the same as the one above, a buttery popcorn scent! I was also able to wear this for five hours before needing a touch up,” she added.
To be fair, she said she didn’t eat or drink when she first wore the budget clothes.
“When I finally did it, I did see that there was quite a bit of transfer onto the cups,” she added.
