My anti-aging tips will make your forehead wrinkles and crow’s feet disappear AND your chin become slimmer
A woman demonstrated the technique she uses to combat facial wrinkles for free.
She showed her followers the seven steps of her anti-aging routine.
In her viral videouser Valeriia Veksler (@valeriiaveksler) used ‘basic facial fitness’ to address seven problem areas.
The TikToker started her first move with a move she dubbed the “swan neck.”
This involved pursing her lips while tilting her chin up, and repeating the movement for one minute.
Next, Valeriia demonstrated the technique to create a “firm jawline”.

She held her chin directly under her mouth with both hands, holding her thumb and fingers.
She then slowly moved her hands back along her jawline toward her ears, repeating the movement for 60 seconds.
Next, Valeriia focused on the nasolabial folds, the lines on either side of your mouth.
She placed her hands on either side of her nose, palms together.
The poster had her keep her thumbs tucked in as she ran the side of her index finger over your nasolabial folds and across her cheekbones.
She repeated the movement again, for a minute.
She then gave herself a ‘cheek lift’, pinching her cheekbones with both hands and moving quickly from her nose to her ear, repeating this for a minute on each side.
Valeriia also continued to rub her cheeks with her index fingers under her nose for a minute.
In the same manner, she placed her index and middle fingers of each hand on either side of her nose and stroked them over her lower cheeks.
She also addressed the crow’s feet next to her eyes using a grab and drag technique.

According to experts, the technique of applying pressure to different parts of the face can help stimulate collagen production.
“Massaging your face stimulates the production of collagen, a protein responsible for maintaining skin elasticity,” the researchers said.
“Collagen keeps your skin firm and wrinkle-free, and facial massages ensure that it is continuously produced.”
She began by tilting her head and gently, quickly scraping her fingers over the skin.
Valeriia then slowly pulled the skin in opposite directions for a minute.
Finally, she focused on the 11 lines on her forehead by placing her index and middle fingers of each hand on opposite eyebrows.
She started at the inner corner of her eyebrows and ran her fingers over the top of her eyebrows toward her hairline.
Her followers shared their thoughts on the unique anti-wrinkle routine in the comments.
“I started doing this and it actually works,” wrote one impressed TikTok user.
