SHAMPOO EXCHANGES
According to Healthlineno poop can improve hair health and texture while potentially exposing hair to fewer “irritating” chemicals.
The method may be most suitable for people with curly or very coarse hair, as the natural oils of the scalp can condition the hair.
Many people who choose the no-poo diet swap their shampoo for apple cider vinegar or baking soda, or only use conditioner to wash their hair.
Experts advise people with fine or thin hair to stretch the time between washes rather than not using shampoo at all, as hair becomes greasy quickly.
