In the photos, Emily’s eyebrows are extremely full and thick.

They were drawn on with a dark eyebrow pencil, which made them look very exaggerated.

“I really don’t understand how I didn’t see this and why no one told me,” she said.

Emily has now completely changed her look and given herself a glow in the dark.

She’s ditched the thick eyebrow pencil and opted for a much more natural style.

Beauty Accident: A Shocking Experience

Emily’s video is part of the popular TikTok trend ‘eyebrow blindness’.

The term ‘trending’ is used by people referring to their previous looks, which they thought were trendy at the time, but which in retrospect turned out to be a total failure.

While big, full brows are currently in fashion, thin, sculpted brows were more popular in the 90s.

TikTok users rushed to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts.

Another said: “She was both an enemy and a friend.”

A third person said: “I thought she was so mean… and then I saw the pictures.”

A fourth person said: “They look great now though.”
