My favorite Samsung Fitness Smartwatch drops to its lowest price with $215 off
I liked the $650 Galaxy Watch Ultra when it launched, but it was too expensive to recommend to most people. However, if you’re a fitness enthusiast looking for an Android alternative to the Apple Watch Ultra, this Black Friday sale is the perfect excuse to treat yourself to Samsung’s flagship smartwatch.
A large 33% of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra has been struck in titanium gray, driving up the price only $435. That’s over $200 in savings over the regular price and, more importantly, the lowest price we’ve ever recorded for the smartwatch since this particular model was released.
Apple Watch deals are few and far between, but our shopping experts have found some Black Friday treats to share.
A few other variations like the titanium silver for $461 and titanium white for $460 have also fallen by large amounts. All these deals on the latest tech from big brands like Samsung rarely last long, so we definitely recommend jumping on this offer sooner or later if you don’t want to miss out on these savings.

Why I like the Galaxy Watch Ultra
I like the Galaxy Watch Ultra for three reasons. First of all, I love that I don’t have to charge my smartwatch every day. It lasts up to two days, including regular use, sleep tracking and a 30-minute workout. And I can charge it while I’m getting ready for the day.
Secondly, the software on both the smartwatch and Samsung’s app on mobile is intuitive and easy to use. The gesture support on the Galaxy Watch Ultras has come in handy. For example, you can use the double squeeze gesture to answer calls, turn off alarms, scroll through notifications, or control music playback. Or you can use the knock-knock gesture with your fist to launch an app, for example to activate the flashlight.
Third, the screen is large and bright. The brightness can reach up to 3,000 nits, which is useful if you’re hiking or kayaking to capture the sunset. It may seem bulky, but I got used to wearing the Galaxy Watch Ultra within a week. Now it feels comfortable. My fashion advice: if you buy the Galaxy Watch Ultra, choose the white or silver variant. Orange feels too loud.

In our tests, the average heart rate calculation was within one beat per minute of the band, which is a good result. Samsung users also enjoy the benefits of exclusive Galaxy features such as sleep apnea detection. If you wear the Watch Ultra while sleeping, it can detect signs of moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea. As a Galaxy phone user, you also get support for energy score, gestures, suggested answers, irregular heart rhythm notifications and ECG.
Black Friday is the perfect excuse to buy a Galaxy Watch Ultra
At a discount of $215, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is the perfect smartwatch to choose as a fitness enthusiast if you have a Samsung smartphone. The Titanium White costs a little more, $460, but it’s worth the price. This is definitely one of the best Galaxy Watch deals available right now if you’re not looking for a trade-in deal.
