A WOMAN talks about the problems she and her partner experience in a relationship with a large age gap.
Gabbie met her partner when she was 23 and Anthony was 55. However, the age difference did not stop them from falling in love.

Although the couple is more than happy in their relationship, they admit that it has not been without obstacles.
In a clip, Gabbie revealed that her parents and Anthony’s children weren’t happy with their 32-year age gap in their relationship, but that they’ve since come to terms with it and welcomed Anthony into their lives.
However, this does not apply to people on social media.
In a clip, the couple discuss their biggest struggles, with Gabbie admitting her friends are confused about the relationship, saying they didn’t know “that side of you.”

She added that they were just like any other couple, with no age difference, except financially.
Gabs continues: “He is more financially stable and can arrange much more himself.”
However, she indicated that it was not a transaction and that she did not receive any pocket money.
Anthony joked that he was too handsome to pay anyway.
He added: “I see our partnership as a collaboration.
“So if it’s a transaction, I know I’m not treating her as a partner.
“I see her as a transaction.”
The clip was a hit with their viewers on their TikTok account @anthonyandgabs and many responded positively to the comments.
Someone wrote: “People get confused about age gaps, but it’s just like any other relationship. Age doesn’t mean the older partner is financially secure and if she didn’t work and was a house friend, that’s okay too.”
Another commented: “Did you feel embarrassed (I don’t know what the right word is) when you first went public? The looks from others or the judgement, how did you get through it?”
“I believe that the maturity of each person is more important than any age difference. My fiancé’s upbringing made her mature early,” wrote a third.
