My grandma is 84 but looks like she’s in her 60s thanks to her anti-aging trick
INSTEAD of growing old in a rocking chair, one woman’s grandmother focused on her anti-aging routine.
By listening to Grandma’s wise words, she was able to combat her wrinkles with an anti-aging technique that costs absolutely nothing.
A Redditor shared a after about the matriarch of her family’s secret to better skin.
“Retinol, drink more water and get facial massages,” she advised.
“I can’t tell you how much facial massages have helped.”
The massage method in particular helped to turn back time, even decades.
“My grandmother used to do that all the time. She’s 84 and could easily pass for her late 60s,” she says.
She explained that the best way to perfect the technique is to fold your two index fingers so that the knuckle of your middle finger points outward.
Then, using both fingers, massage firmly but gently from below, “almost to the corner of your eyes, but at the bridge of your nose.”
“Massage up and around your eyebrows, massaging over your left eyebrow with your left hand and over your right eyebrow with your right hand, all the way to your temple,” she said.

After she is lifted, she starts again from the original position.
If you feel a sort of ‘bump between your eyes’, you’re doing it right.
She recommends massaging the area for five minutes a day, as often as you can throughout the week.
The rapid results spoke for themselves.
“After a week I already saw a huge change and the bump is now gone,” she said.
“The line I had formed in the middle [is] so much less visible. It’s dramatic.”
She admitted it may seem like a “snake oil trick,” but she thought it was worth trying because her grandmother “looks unreal.”
