A WOMAN whose hair fell out in clumps every time she showered reveals the exact steps she took to keep her locks looking thick and healthy.

Mabel said she ignored the first signs of her hair loss and thought the problem would go away on its own.

However, she decided to take matters into her own hands when she discovered a large bald spot on her head.

“This is what the doctor advised me to do for hair loss,” she said.

Wash regularly

Mabel advised washing your hair every day with a good quality shampoo.

She said that if you don’t do that, your hair will get so full of dirt that it won’t grow properly.

Scalp massage

Mabel said that you should massage your scalp every day to keep your locks looking long and luscious.

“You can do it with shampoo, a brush or just your fingers,” she said as she demonstrated how she massaged her scalp.

Massaging the scalp increases blood flow to the scalp, allowing hair to grow faster, healthier and thicker.

Mabel said she oils her scalp twice a week to keep her hair thick and healthy.

She massages an oil, such as rosemary oil, into her scalp, leaves it on for two hours, and then rinses it out.
